Unauthorized Charges, Overpriced Shipping, Wrong Delivery, No Accountability
Very poor experience. The package was delivered to the wrong country (USA instead of Australia). I was told it would be reshipped within 24 hours. More than 10 days later, there is still no tracking number, no confirmation, no update. They do not offer refunds in this situation. An additional international shipping charge was applied without clear authorization. The total cost ended up higher than other suppliers, yet the service was significantly worse. Shipping was extremely slow and unreasonable. For comparison, iHerb delivers to Sydney within 5 days. This order has been pending for over 6 weeks. There is no phone support — only email — and responses are very slow. The lack of communication and accountability creates a strong sense of insecurity and distrust as a customer. If this issue is properly resolved, I will update this review.
