Eric... the cust svc agent is helpful. Cannot say much about the ordering platform though. I filled in the order for a 2nd product with the shipping address BUT the order confirmation still shows my default shipping address. In the end, I had to spend time resolving it. Eric's service recovery saved the day and provided a pleasant experience after all.
