Atrocious customer service!!
Where do I start! I ordered some canned dog food from PetMed, never got it, when I called them up and asked him what's going on they told me my order got refunded. When I asked them why they didn't seem to know anything. I just went to another company and cut my losses. Recently I tried again to buy from PetMed and need I mind you every time I buy it's at least $250 worth of items. They told me my account is locked and I should go somewhere else and buy. When I asked them why they literally could not tell me anything. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with! The lady just kept saying aww I'm sorry which was literally just pissing me off more. I've done absolutely nothing wrong to be treated like this, I buy in bulk, I have multiple animals to buy for and I buy frequently. There's one particular lady in customer service that I always get, her name is Diane out of the three times I call her she only makes the situation worse, never better, never resolved, always escalated and gets worse. Good luck if you ever deal with petmed, all I wanted to do was buy some freaking dog food 🙄
