I would never purchase from Futario again. What should have been a simple return turned into a stressful and frustrating process. Instead of providing a straightforward return label, they offered a 20% refund to keep the item and required me to pay return shipping for a full refund. This feels like a tactic to discourage customers from returning products. A reputable company makes returns easy and transparent. This experience was upsetting and unnecessarily complicated.
