Late order details
Still no shipping or update on Order #6761 since January 31st Review Body: I placed my order (#6761) on January 31st and it was confirmed immediately. However, it has been nearly a month and the status is still "Confirmed" with no shipping update or tracking number provided. I sent an inquiry email on February 18th but have received no response at all. I understand there might be holiday delays, but the complete lack of communication is very disappointing for a brand like Noyafa. Please note: I am not looking for a refund. I want my order to be processed and shipped as soon as possible. I need a definitive update and a tracking number immediately.
