I’ve ordered from this distribution platform for figures and statues several times now, and each experience has been excellent. From placing the order to delivery and finally receiving the statue/figure, I received excellent support from Lucy. She was always helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. She helped me check whether products were available and assisted me in finding alternatives if something was sold out. This made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the shop and the customer support.
