viagogo team
Hi viagogo team, I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you ❤️ I’m writing to you from Mexico City - all the tickets from my 2 orders arrived safely at my hotel, and everything worked out perfectly. As international travelers on our honeymoon, we were naturally a bit nervous about receiving physical tickets in a foreign country, but your team’s quick and professional responses gave us complete peace of mind. Your customer service was truly exceptional - responsive, helpful, and reassuring every step of the way. We’re now heading to EDC Festival with our tickets in hand, and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you again for making this experience smooth and stress-free. I work in customer service myself, so I know how important it is to take a moment and say thank you - you really deserve it.
