Loyal Superbuy user. Normally, their packaging, photos, and consolidation are solid. I paid for shipping immediately, expecting my parcel to ship before the Chinese New Year holidays. Instead, it’s been sitting in their warehouse for over a month with no movement, no updates, and no communication. The company has effectively shut down commerce and left customers like me without service. This is completely unacceptable and has destroyed my trust. I will not be using Superbuy ever again. 1 star — long-term reliability is gone while warehouse delays, lack of transparency, and unresponsive service continue.
