The wand did not work
The wand did not work. Based on videos I watched online, it looks like the coil is way too close to the tip relative to the other ones I saw, which meant that the burn paper couldn't be pushed far down enough to generate any pressure for the fire ball to shoot out. Each time we rolled paper in, it just burned inside the tip. I emailed the company to ask how far down the coil should be and if there was a way to adjust it. Their response was that there are no refunds because I was outside of the 7-10 days. I didn't even ask for a refund, all I asked was for some information about how to adjust what appeared to be a manufacturing error.
