Unwilling to release 5k$ withdraw.
I’ve been using ritzslots for over a year ; I have given them all of my money, the one time I won a substantial amount and tried withdrawing ($5k) I am getting the same exact story as these others on here. It’s so frustrating and so upsetting knowing I’ve blown so much money on this casino and never knew that I was never going to get the funds back if I did decide to cashout. I started writing my story below, doesn’t matter tho, because you DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESSS WITH THESE GUYS. They stonewall you and gaslight you. They sympathize with you over the situation but WILL NOT help. definitely was my favorite casino (favorite games) nice staff, good bonuses.
