Customer support so useless I’d rather talk to an AI chat bot. Talking to a human is meant to have the advantage of being able to reason with empathy but talking to these script bots is like talking to an AI bot. May as well sack the script bots and save yourself wages and leave entitlements. They’ve asked for my details, happy to give them my details, but know they won’t do anything about my issue. I booked a ticket and the system glitched, an hour later I asked them to change it at no cost as it had only been an hour since I purchased the ticket. They told me their system never glitched and it was my problem, and if I reschedule I have to pay the reschedule fee. I understand if I asked them to change the flight 24 hours before my flight but my flight isn’t for 2 months.
