Contacted customer care, Jamie, after I waiting a month for my order to arrive. USPS was still showing it in route though it was getting further and further from its destination. Jamie was amazing in responding, tracking the order only to find it was lost. A replacement order was placed immediately. Jamie was professional and courteous throughout the process and really took the time to make this happen only in a few days after I contacted the company.
