The quality of the products is poor
The quality of the products is poor. It has nothing in common with a pictures on the site and an actual appearance/look. I've tried to return the products since 26/11/25, after receiving them the same day. Up till now I couldn't do it. They tried to propose me a discount of 20% for the next purchase and keep the clothes, but I just wanted to return the items and get a refund, so disappointed I was. Then, the last proposal was to provide a 30% discount coupon, which is also fastest way to compensate, in their opinion. "Refunds have to be reviewed by departments and it will take a long time." After a month they said that they would transfer my request to the certain department, but I didn't hear from them at all. So, today is 27/02/26... Well, I don't believe that they will do something now, and of course the time for refund and return is gone. Besides, I'm afraid that if I would return them the items now, they wouldn't refund me at all. Looks like they are scammers, or deletants who doesn't know how to handle a situation. Although, at the beginning they were responding fast enough, until it had to move to another department.
