had a very disappointing experience with FlightBuddy. We paid over $1,000 for airline tickets, only to later be told that the tickets issued were standby tickets — something that was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. At no point during checkout was it made obvious that we were purchasing standby fares instead of confirmed seats. This created significant stress and uncertainty around our travel plans. Customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue, and the overall experience left us feeling misled and extremely frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering booking through this site to carefully review all ticket conditions and confirm directly with the airline before finalizing payment. Based on our experience, we will not be using this service again.
