In addition, Traveloka does not provide accessible customer service hotlines in many countries, making it difficult to reach a real support representative. Most responses feel automated and generic, almost like AI-generated replies, rather than personalized assistance from an actual customer service agent. I had to wait a considerable amount of time to receive any meaningful response, and the entire process was time-consuming and frustrating. I hope Traveloka improves its refund processing time and enhances the quality and accessibility of its customer support services.
