When I wanted to post on my blog
When I wanted to post on my blog, the site wasn't there anymore in my EasyWP App. All totaly dissapear. I contacted support, who re-established the site as a special favour; usually, they charge the full price to do this, but I had 2 months left on my starter plan. The confusion came because I transferred my domain and hosting from two other providers to Namecheap, which has a better price. Also, I had 6 domain names and 3 EasyWP hosting accounts, so I didn't remember which domain the main site was on... Now all is going as expected, and thank you for the support and the exception... I am more than pleased!
