Total Scam
I chose to Purchase EaseUS to recover some lost files because of their 30 day money back guarantee. After not being able to recover the files or any related for that matter I contacted them to request that they honor their money back guarantee. This resulted in them requesting me to provide them with so much information about the files I was trying to recover and the process I followed that it took several back-and-forth emails to prove I had done everything right at which time they just flat refused to honor their money back guarantee stating that the guarantee is discretionary and they were choosing not to honor it this time. Total garbage response from a total garbage company I wish I could leave negative stars. Their emails were incredibly condescending and there is no way to actually talk to a live person. My advice DO NOT PURCHACE THIS PRODUCT or any other product from this company
