Customer Complaint
I’m writing to express my concern regarding a very rude and unprofessional employee who works the 5:00 AM shift at 7-Eleven. I have had issues with this same employee before, and unfortunately, the behavior has not improved. The employee consistently displays a nasty attitude toward customers and speaks in an unprofessional manner. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This is not the first time I have felt uncomfortable due to this employee’s behavior. I frequent this location at 138 Lakeside Blvd. Landing, NJ. I believe customers deserve professionalism regardless of the time of day. I hope management will address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for everyone.
