Safety “First”
All the personnel was very friendly and effective and the trip was smooth, however, i specifically requested a child Seat for my youngest kid and a booster for my “oldest” (it was in the reservation) and the Van was only equipped with a toddler Seat which was too small anyway. Safety is important and so is promising something and not maintaining it.
