Their Service Department delays (doesn't pay?) refunds.
We were encouraged to pay for year of service January 2026 and we would receive a prorated refund for unused months should we choose to cancel for any reason. We cancelled in May as we received recurring bills -- although we paid for year. They corrected but then they started again, so we were done. We had mail tracked and they received the returned bracelet June 3, as required before any refund. It is now August 3 and no refund. Called "customer service" and they report refund was "submitted for calculation" on July 22? They also say it has not been processed. They also tell you they cannot tell you anything about the refund (amount, status, anything)?? Called today and was told they have 30 days to process refund. Do the math - we are WAY past 30 days. Told they will escalate "this one" and I will be contacted. This is August 3, I know I will not be contacted; however, I will call them until I get the FULL prorated amount, which I fully expect them to deduct from (if there were no deductions there would be no "calculations") but these would be undisclosed if charged. We shall see if I battle that...but do know... this is NOT an organization that provides any customer service, other than billing. You have been warned. If you run into this same situation, at least you have to say - - you knew.
