STAY AWAY
The sales experience and sales support is top notch but that's unfortunately where it ends. Everything is made in China so when my order arrived stateside I was told it was damaged in transit so I would have to wait an undetermined amount of time for them to remake my order. when I finally received my sofa almost a year after my initial purchase date it still arrived damaged. the frame was warped. It creeks when you sit on it. The center leg was too short. I paid extra for the stain resistant fabric and the sofa arrived with black stains along the arms, seat cushion edges and sofa spine. I photos and videos of the sofa while the delivery company was still in my living room. I also paid extra for their "most comfortable seat filling and it feels like a rock. I can't lay on the sofa for long because I end up with lower back pain and I don't have back pain of any kind ever. I spent almost a year trying to get a refund only to be told the company had declared bankruptcy and I would have to file a claim with their legal counsel. Another 6 months went by and when all was said and done I was told I wasn't getting a refund because the company was bankrupt. And yet they are still in business. Over $2000 wasted. Stay clear of this company.
