16+ Weeks Later and Still No Furniture — Constant Delays
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Interior Define to think twice. DO NOT SHOP HERE! We are currently at 16 weeks and still do not have our furniture. What is most frustrating is not just the delay itself, but the repeated pattern of moving the delivery date forward with little to no proactive communication. Each time we approach the expected delivery window, the date gets pushed back again. We planned our space around this purchase and have been left waiting far beyond the original timeline provided at checkout. The lack of accountability and consistent timeline changes have made this an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. At this point, we are exploring legal options due to the ongoing delays and failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe. Please be cautious before placing an order. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences we’ve ever had.
