Never Ordering Again
I ordered three dresses from Baltic Born for an upcoming wedding. I reviewed the sizes compared to my measurements to try to ensure I ordered correctly. One dress turned out to be way too big, one was way too small, and the third just didn't work. When I ordered I paid $4.98 for free return shipping, but now as I am trying to return the dresses I am also going to be charged a $10 handling fee AND $10 for them to refund my money to my original payment method. Those return fees are exorbitant. Why did I even pay $4.98 to begin with (PS that's added to your order automatically). The company likely knows that their sizing isn't very accurate and that shoppers will have to return items. So they've built a system where they can make money off of that as well. I will never order from this company again.
