Lives up to the hype!
I had read the reviews and couldn't believe them, but Nini did not disappoint. Not only did she actually get back to me, but she WhatsApp'd with a potential landlord with me (I am moving from overseas) and worked with me despite the fact that I haven't lived in the UK for 37 years and hence have zero credit history. The idea of moving without somewhere to live was just horrifying, but Nini made it seamless - and even fun! She has terrific empathy, amazing follow-through, and Tick is SUPER lucky to have her!
