`I was planning to purchase the PowMr 6.2kW PRO inverter, but after doing some research, I found a disturbing video showing a major technical failure (Fault 08) and even worse customer support. It is clear that the company (PowMr Factory Store) is trying to cheat a customer by claiming a valid warranty (Order 30444796156401754) has expired. Seeing that their official "support" engineers actually bricked the device with a bad firmware update (Fault 32) and then demanded 50% more money for a replacement is a huge red flag. I will not risk my money with a brand that lies about delivery dates and forces customers to do dangerous repairs. Disappointing service.
