Great customer support
I love beehiiv for content. I've tried other platforms –– beehiiv is the only one where the community is active and they actually listen to customer feedback (!!). In my opinion, most important attribute of a subscription based company is listening to customers and making active efforts to retain existing customers. Thanks to the support team and Conor for making this happen :) very quick, competent, and friendly support
