Efficient and impressively competent
I am very pleased with the ease of ordering and scheduling lab tests, and then obtaining the results, which were provided quickly. Visiting the LabCorp Patient Service Center was a pleasant experience, from the computerized kiosk sign-in process to the pleasant and well-trained staff who accommodated me before my scheduled appointment time. As a retired ER physician and medical educator, I know how to correctly draw blood and was very pleased with the technique used, which was flawless. In contrast, phlebotomy services at Munson can range from very good to unacceptable. We are fortunate to have an alternative to Munson, which isn’t interested in learning what it could do better. LabCorp’s overall process is intelligently designed and impressively implemented.
