I've done about 10 orders, any small issues I've had are normally resolved in a day or 2. There's a great range of products, Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Overall I've had a very good service from my own experience, the app is quite slow, that is definitely something they need to address moving forward but otherwise I'm very happy with their service.
