Uncaring Customer Service
Their ordering process went smoothly. However they took over 10 days to get a shipment to California from Utah for an in stock item. When I called to inquire they blamed the Post Office. The tracking system showed the order sat in Utah for 5 days with no movement. When asked about the delivery and apparent delay, the Customer Service team was nonchalant and did not express any concern as if they got their money and too bad the post office is not doing their job. Offered no assistance to track or assist with providing an accurate delivery date. The prices were not significantly better here and I could have purchased elsewhere but thought to give them a try.
