Our experience with Alexa Bell was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive from start to finish. We recommend her to anyone that wants a pleasant experience when booking travel. Thank you Alexa, Sharon and Rick S.
Your representative, Lou Albucher, was fantastic!! At first, I contacted the hotel directly and reserved 5 rooms for my family. When I learned that they do not offer lift tickets, etc., I called ski.com and was connected with Lou. He was able to secure the same rooms from the hotel AND provide discounted lift tickets for our family. He went the extra mile for us and we can't thank him enough....Lou, you're the best!
