I ordered something at your page and something went wrong with the order. Thats ok, could happened but i know what i ordered i got the page open and your "trader" sent me the wrong snd i say "sorry thats the wrong one" and i told her MULTIPLE times that is not what i ordered. So next i want the pokemon i ordered i said to her. Then she said "thats what you ordered" and i said no its not. If something went wrong wirh the order ok but thats not my problem i know what i ordered and she wantet to tell me i dont click "customize" but it hast 1 or 2 custom things i set and she said i didnt customize. And at the and she said "let it ho this time". Like wtf is this service😂 i can say her name is viola and i dont tell you but now i will, my last order, the ditto it was also not korrekt but this one was not that important. I'm just saying. Maybe you tell them to CHECK before trading. Ty
