Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was much smaller than the size chart indicated. Considering the item was not as described and they do not have the sizing available to fit me properly I should be entitled to return the item at no cost for a refund. I have been emailing back and forth with them for several days now and they are very difficult to deal with, ignoring consumer laws. They refuse to pay return shipping and are only offering a small partial refund. I have reported the issue with PayPal so hopefully I am able to have my money returned for their faulty item.
