Literally, the most horrific customer service. My sccounts been used for unauthorised transactions and claiming any help or the money back is impossible. Slower than a snail and generic responses. They tend to prioritise the merchant and customer service is not in their vocabulary. I would avoid this like the plague and open an account with another bank.
