They are an absolute scam of a business. I paid extra money to purchase a refundable ticket. No other organisation in the world of ticketing has charged me full cancellation charges on purchasing a refundable ticket and asked me to read terms and conditions that is in fine print that states this is only in the case of injury or illness. DO NOT ASK ME TO BUY A REFUNDABLE TICKET AND PAY EXTRA IF YOU DONT HAVE THE INTENTION TO HONOR THAT COMMITMENT!
