Overcharged ticket price and unclear service charge
The company didn’t clearly state how much they really charged for their service. I booked the tickets through rail ninja. And requested refund as the price is 3 times than the official website which I didn’t check and VR didn’t release any tickets on 23dec 2026. When I requested refund. They charged 20-30% “Service Charge”. Be careful to their way of running business.
