I recently purchased the DTF printer and it is a big change from a cricut. However, it is super easy to setup and the customer service is AMAZING. I had some issues with printing and getting things right. Luis was GREAT!! He was knowlegable and fixe everyproblem quickly and with ease. It was a pleasure dealing with him and this company. I highly recommend this company and machine to anyone. Even being a little overwhelmed with it all its nice to know when i call i get someone quickly on the phone to address and fix my problem.
