Lost my money and my product
Order ID: 10014190 They delivered my order to the wrong address. And now I have chased it several times for weeks now!! They are not replying and ignoring my requests. I have sent video proofs and detailed explanation to them. My address was correct as well. It was completely their fault and they are not even refunding my money now, and won't dispatch a new order either!??? Completely ignoring me for days and now I have lost my money and my product. I do not recommend this!! This is total bullshit and they have no regard to their customers. 9th March- So conveniently you flagged my account spam right after you told me that you would get back to me with an update checking with the logistics. I emailed you on the 5th March 10:19 AM BST. I don't know what time zone you are on but you have had more than enough time to respond to me. But that never happened! And then, I chased you multiple times, on the 6th March at 12:52PM BST, then on the 7th March 7:07PM BST. You ignored it. NOW you have only gotten back to me after I disputed the payment via my bank. So if you want to speak facts, give it to the readers truthfully with the full story. I still do NOT recommend this at all. Too much headache for a small product. It's just not worth it. They have only responded to me now after I disputed the payment. Otherwise they would still have put my account in their spam folder and ignored it. That's not customer service. Save yourself some peace of mind and time and stay away from them. Thanks 🙏
