Kim is Top Shelf
Kim exceeded my expectations in handling a problem I received with a broken knife. She has been extremely friendly, polite and professional. A shining light in a world of difficult companies and people to deal with. I greatly appreciate the steps she took to help solve my problem. Thank you very much Kim & Blade HQ.
