Do not use this platform please! Dishonest and unethical business and trade! If there’s something worse than Covid and influenza, it will be this app! Booked a flight ticket on their platform and the flight was cancelled. Traveloka was adamant that it wasn’t cancelled when the flight already could not be located on the airline website. Gave false information and asked me to check again 3 days before flight?! So I could purchase last minute ticket and they can generate more profits? Refund process will take 90 days and there is no guarantee that I will be getting the refund back despite the cancellation. USE TRIP.COM who is always so reliable and refunded me within 3 days! Not only that, Traveloka already pre-deducted rm15 as their “convenience fees” when they gave me nothing but trouble! For heavens sake, DO NOT use Traveloka. They do not care about their customers and consumers and they only want to generate and maximise their profits. Why do I need an agent like that when I have to do all the job TO TRAVELOKA - I HAVE ON 11.03.2026 PROVIDED MY BOOKING REFERENCE - TRAVELOKA BOOKING ID 1331401218 AS REQUESTED IN YOUR COMMENT BELOW. SO DONT DO THIS JUST FOR SHOW. I HAVE ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO YOU ON 10.03.2026 which I’ll paste it here “ TAKE NOTICE THAT should you fail to respond and concede with this request within seven (7) days of this email, I shall proceed to (i) lodge a police report in Malaysia against you for fraud, misrepresentation and illegal trading of business in Malaysia (ii) file a complaint against you at Tribunal for Consumers Claim for unfair business practices in Malaysia (iii) as well as file a complaint to MCMC for platform accountability and misleading online platform practices; (iv) report your entity to Federation of Malaysian Consumers Association (v) file a complaint against you to Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Complaint (vi) lastly, a civil proceeding against you in Malaysian Court WITHOUT ANY FURTHER REFERENCE TO YOU. ”
