Worst Customer Support I’ve Ever Experienced
I have been following up with customer support for over two weeks to get my order shipped, but they have not provided any help. It has been impossible to get any shipping information from their team, and they still haven’t shipped my order after more than two weeks. They only keep making excuses instead of resolving the issue.
