HORRIBLE COMPANY!! ZERO Stars!!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! If I could give ZERO Stars I would!!! Attempted to get a refund due to the jewelry breaking out and burning my skin, and bracelet arriving broke!! They declined to refund me for the chain due to me wearing it the ONE time which is when it burned my skin and broke me out SOO BAD!!! The chat customer service was VERY responsive UP UNTIL they gave me the option to either receive a new bracelet in the mail or a refund. When I chose the refund option for the bracelet because WHY would I want another piece of jewelry that I clearly stated burned my skin and broke me out, they stopped communicating with me all together!!! I believe they were trying to stall me out so that they would not have to refund me. My original purchase date was Feb. 10, I started communicating with them on March 6 and the 30 day mark would be March 10 which by then I would be ineligible for a refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank!!!
