Simple application and funding online (secure link to Plaid). Higher rates which are the most competitive on market for any MYGA (multi-year guaranteed annuity). For questions if you call customer service it may not be immediate phone pickup, but if you try a few times it will go thru for sure per my experience and the reps are very helpful.
