Prvke Velcro broke after 2 weeks lite edc
Bought a prvke for daily use and used it for about 2 weeks carrying a laptop and edc carries (barely filling the bag. After 2 weeks the Velcro started to rip off the roll top so I hit up support hoping they’d be helpful. They told me to fix it myself. Ever since I refuse to buy from this company. Worst quality bag and customer support I’ve ever experienced. Their warranty should cover their manufacturing defects no matter how small. Now I only buy from legit craftsman and designers such as nomatic, peak design, evergreen, and clever supply co to name a few of the best. Edit: it’s not one single stitch as wandrd has replied here suggesting to devalue my honest review of their quality and service. Don’t buy from them. Edit 2: still being gaslit by this company telling me what issues I am having with the bag I bought from them. It’s unreal. Here to leave an honest review yet they want to twist the plot. Buy nomatic, buy peak design, buy evergreen, buy clever supply, buy wotancraft!
