WPForms Support is outstanding
Rarely, I will have a form that stops working or won't format like it should. I recently had such instance. My first stop is always their Facebook Support page where you can find a lot of answers. No luck this time so I opened a support ticket. On a weekend, outside their normal support hours, I received a response with initial steps to try. Those didn't work, but the situation wasn't an emergency. On Monday morning, another contact - Raldon - reached out and let me know he'd be looking into my ticket. Within half a day, I received a response that confirmed my issue was with my theme (I had a recent theme update) and he fixed my issue (with a small CSS add). He also suggested a few other settings to check to avoid possible future issues. I am not a techie and Raldon's thorough analysis (with pictures) and recommendations made me feel like I mattered and my small problem mattered. Thank you WPForms (and Raldon) for your dedication and support.
