Online Store snd Service is Amazing
Their online store and service is exemplary! I purchased an expensive frame from them and had some difficulty installing some new parts. Drew not only provided me excellent service in helping me remedy my issue, he also provided me a free label to return a part and take on a challenge that my bike store couldn’t remedy. This doesn’t happen with most businesses. Drew solved the issue immediately and sent the part back. Ben’s Cycle has a new forever customer. Their service, prices, and inventory is like nothing I’ve seen. Highly recommended!
