Biggest issue is the sleeve has no back. For me that caused a first time problem as I poured lubricant down into it thinking it would stay in there. Instead it dripped down into the housing. Its probably my fault as I didnt check the sleeve before using it. Also other issue is the sleeve that came with it was so large in the inside. I am standard issue 7in with girth of 2.3in and I still was to small for it. Its a good toy, cant wait to try other items from this company.
