Threatening Call
I am writing to highlight a serious concern regarding the call I received from Sandip after posting my review about my travel experience with Snow World Holidays. Instead of addressing the issues mentioned in my feedback, he contacted me and threatened me with legal action, stating that a legal notice would be sent for sharing a negative review. I would like to clearly state that the review posted by me is based entirely on my genuine experience with your services. As a customer, I have the right to share honest feedback regarding the services provided to me. Instead of addressing the concerns raised in the review, threatening a customer with legal consequences is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. My intention in posting the review was only to highlight the issues faced during the trip, including the differences between the promised itinerary and the actual services provided. I request your team to review the matter seriously and focus on resolving customer concerns rather than intimidating customers for sharing their experiences. I have all supporting documents, including the itinerary shared, payment proofs, and communication records, which clearly reflect the concerns raised in my review. I hope your team will take this feedback constructively and work towards improving customer experience in the future.
