Accidental yearly subscription and refund refused
I was charged $251.88 for an annual SVIP subscription on SeaArt AI due to a confusing user interface that led to an accidental subscription. I contacted their support immediately after noticing the charge and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the request was denied even after escalation to a supervisor. I had not used any credits from the subscription after the charge, yet the company refused to provide a refund or any reasonable solution. After reading other reviews, it seems many users have experienced similar issues with accidental annual subscriptions and refund refusals. This was a very disappointing experience and I would advise others to be extremely careful with subscriptions on this platform.
