Firstly, some background. I wanted 2 island chairs. I found them at Amazon and then on Litfad 30% cheaper than Amazon, same item. Looking at reviews of Litfad, it looked like a risk. To be honest, the positive reviews look fake and the negative reviews are vitriolic! However, I wanted to give them a chance, and took the risk. So lets deal with the negative. The chairs came by boat, from China. It takes a while. So if you need things urgently, then don't buy from Litfad. Having said that, at all times you can track the location of the ship, and its ETA. I messaged Litfad after the ship had docked and I got quick responses to my queries. Ordered 4/1/26. Delivered yesterday, 11/3/26. 2 months approx. The positives? Very well packaged. Very well protected. In a box within an individual wooden frame. No damage. The item was exactly what we expected. 2 Island chairs, no assembly required. So yes, happy with everything. Maybe I was lucky? I dont know. All I can say is this was my experience and it was better than expected. And although it took a while, as I knew it would, it was worth it for the saving.
