I am very dissatisfied with using the Rebtel app, and I have had a very bad experience with this program. For me, this app has practically not worked as it should and has caused a waste of time, money, and patience. For every call, I have to try again and again. Most of the time, I have to wait for a long time, tolerate the busy tone, and in the end the call either does not connect at all or only connects with great difficulty after many attempts. This situation is completely unacceptable, especially for an app whose main purpose is to provide international calls. I still have about twenty minutes of talk time remaining, but despite that, I have effectively been blocked and can no longer use the service that I paid for. I paid 12 euros for the subscription and also paid another 5 euros, but despite these payments, I can no longer use the service. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. For this reason, I deactivated my subscription, because when a service does not work properly, there is no logic in continuing with it. In my opinion, this app has been one of the worst experiences I have had with calling applications.
